I am a member of John Chappels Natural Philosophy Society with numerous blogs many under the name Nick Percival (just because
he loaded the blog) Future Blogs should be under my name. It a great place to openly discuss ideas concerning the science
Paul Marmet (1932-2005) was an independent thinker. Sadly while working at the University of Ottawa he was told in French: "We do
not want your office, your problem is that you keep questioning the fundamental principles in physics." Three months later he was
let go. Not only does this demonstrate the sad state of affairs in the sciences, it also defies the freedom of thought and speech.
Seemingly, we have forgotten Bohr's words that "science only advances by denouncing its past" Personally I agree with most of what
Paul Marmet wrote in his papers

An interesting website out of Russia with some interesting new ideas concerning thermodynamics. They also have a similar
name Newthermodynamics.org while this site is Newthermodynamics.com
